message (PM) function offered as part of the Site. If you participate
on any Discussion Board within the Site, you must not:

- SPAM other members in the chat room, on the forums or via PM, IM or e-mail
- Knowingly post fraudulent material, stories or misrepresent yourself in any way
- Make any bigoted, hateful, or racially or sexually offensive statements
- Advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them
- Post, link to or distribute any material that infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any law
- Post,
link to, discuss or distribute any sexually explicit, pornographic,
vulgar, obscene, discourteous, or indecent language or images
- Post, link to or distribute any software or other materials that contain a virus or other harmful component
- Post,
link to or make statements that do not generally pertain to the
designated topic or theme of any chat room or bulletin board
- Post solicitations in areas that are not designated for such purposes
- Post or distribute material that exploits children
- Post material that is copyrighted and claim it as your own. Please credit any source where appropriate
We reserve the right to remove or edit content and/or ban users from any Discussion Board at any time and for any reason.
By
uploading materials to any Discussion Board or submitting any materials
to us, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such
materials expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable,
nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt,
publish, translate, publicly perform and display, create derivative
works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials
into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed
throughout the universe. In addition, you warrant that all so-called
"moral rights" in those materials have been waived.
We
cannot be responsible for the content or accuracy of any information
posted on the Discussion Board, and shall not be responsible for any
transactions made based on such information.
Whenever
you give out personal information online, via Discussion boards or
chat, that information can be collected and used by people you don't
know. While this Site strives to protect your personal information and
privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you
disclose online; you make such disclosures at your own risk.
The
Discussion boards on this Site may contain material that has been
copied from another individual or entity without proper credit. Please
be sure to cite your sources properly. Give credit where credit is due.
While we will do everything we can to prevent it, Mom to Mom Chat.com
is not responsible for members posting copyrighted material. Please
contact us if you believe someone has posted copyrighted information on
a message board contained on this Site.
Membernames will be purged after a period of 6 months since the last post.

statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising
out of or related to the discussion boards contained on this Sites, or
the use of this Site, must be filed within one year after such claim or
